Complaint filed by XX against the decision of 26 November 2015 from ATP

The Appeals Board has on the 20th of January 2016 recieved XX’s complaint dated the 11th of January 2016.

In the decision from ATP it is informed, that a complaint must be filed within 4 weeks from receiving the decision. 

Even allowing extra delivering time to XX it is The Appeals Board’s finding that the complaint is filed too late and The Board therefore can not take up the complaint.
